As a Security Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, integrating, and programming advanced access control systems, working with a variety of industry-leading platforms such as AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, CCURE, and S2. Your role will include troubleshooting SQL database issues, managing databases to ensure seamless system operations, and integrating intrusion detection solutions from manufacturers like DMP and Bosch with access control infrastructures. You will also apply your knowledge of CCTV systems, including Milestone and Genetec, to provide comprehensive security solutions for clients. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you will interact directly with customers and provide timely support, especially when addressing technical concerns under pressure. The role may require local travel to job sites, supporting the organization's commitment to delivering expert on-site service and project implementation.

Security Systems Specialist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, integrate, and program access control systems utilizing platforms such as AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, CCURE, and S2
- Troubleshoot and manage SQL database issues related to security systems
- Integrate intrusion systems (DMP, Bosch) with access control infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems including Milestone and Genetec
- Deliver exceptional customer service when addressing technical issues and client needs
- Perform on-site visits to client locations as required to support installations and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; relevant experience may be considered
- 5-7 years of experience working with access control systems
- Experience with CCTV (Milestone, Genetec), access control (AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, CCURE, S2), and intrusion systems (DMP, Bosch)
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and programming skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
