In this capacity as Scrum Master (SAFe), you will be responsible for leading Agile teams operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. Your leadership will empower teams to deliver high-impact cloud services and digital transformation initiatives. By working closely with Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and Managers, you will ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and align with organizational objectives. Your expertise will help shape the development of user stories from high-level epics and facilitate iterative improvement through effective sprint planning and retrospectives. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Agile teams in the execution of cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and Managers on project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop, prioritize, and refine User Stories derived from high-level Epics to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and core Agile principles to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint management, burn down chart creation, and team performance tracking.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication within and across teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO), including sprint management and reporting.
- Demonstrated expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.
- Strong experience developing User Stories from high-level Epics.
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma required.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
