Scrum Master (CSM) - Summary

- Identify and remove impediments and blockers to maintain team progress and productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on project priorities and communicate status updates.
- Support release planning and encourage continuous improvement across teams and processes.
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, supporting Agile software development teams.
- Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in managing project risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in supporting and collaborating with software development teams.
