As a School Psychologist (PPS, NCSP), you will conduct in-depth psychological and educational assessments to identify students' strengths and needs, develop and implement evidence-based interventions, and participate actively in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). You will also collaborate with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Student Study Teams (SST), ensuring that students receive appropriate interventions and supports at every level of need. Your expertise in psychological evaluation, behavioral consultation, and crisis intervention will be instrumental in promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate.

School Psychologist (PPS, NCSP) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and staff
- Provide direct counseling and social-emotional support to students
- Consult with teachers and staff on behavior management and instructional strategies
- Contribute to the MTSS and SST processes to identify and address student needs
- Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Promote culturally responsive practices to support students from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology required
- Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience or training in conducting student assessments and developing IEPs
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving
- Commitment to principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to work full-time during regular school hours, Monday through Friday
