You will be expected to prepare, organize, and deliver clear, timely, and legally compliant reports that communicate assessment results, recommendations, and progress to educators, administrators, and families. Additionally, the role involves providing both individual and group counseling services to students, supporting their well-being and helping them overcome challenges that may hinder their academic or personal development.
Another key responsibility is to ensure compliance with special education regulations and facilitate meaningful engagement with families and caregivers. You will participate actively in team meetings, collaborate with general and special education teachers, and contribute to a culture of inclusivity and respect.
