School Psychologist (PPS, K-8) - Summary- Engage in comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for K-8 students
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to support student well-being and academic success
- Collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to create positive school climates
- Support the implementation of RTI and MTSS frameworks
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings for student planning and support
- Conduct academic, behavioral, and emotional evaluations in accordance with school and district policies
- Deliver individual and small group counseling to address student needs and promote resilience
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student development and behavioral strategies
- Participate in eligibility determinations and contribute to IEP development and meetings
- Support the implementation and monitoring of RTI and MTSS interventions
