School Psychologist (NCSP) - Summary- Provide psychological services to support student success in academic, social, and emotional domains
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and administrators within a student-centered district
- Contribute to a positive school climate through evidence-based practices and interventions
- Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations to identify students' strengths and needs
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, administrators, and families—to promote academic and social-emotional success
- Deliver individual and small group counseling services to address students' mental health and behavioral concerns
- Support crisis intervention efforts and provide recommendations for prevention and response strategies
- Assist in developing data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes and overall school climate
- Consult with educators and parents to interpret assessment results and recommend instructional or behavioral interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines

- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification or eligibility to obtain certification
