School Psychologist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and reevaluations utilizing standardized assessment tools
- Prepare and present assessment results, reports, and recommendations during IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
- Consult with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams to support intervention planning and data-driven decision-making
- Assist with the development and implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Monitor student progress and participate in ongoing data collection related to behavioral and academic interventions
- Provide short-term counseling services, crisis intervention, and referral guidance to students as needed
- Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with families, teachers, and school staff to facilitate student success
- Ensure accurate documentation, adherence to timelines, and compliance with IDEA and Section 504 requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid WA ESA School Psychologist certification required
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Proven organizational and communication skills
