The School Psychologist plays a vital role in supporting the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development of students across educational environments. As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to enhance systems-level supports with a special emphasis on Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL). Supporting behavioral and SEL frameworks, such as Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Restorative Practices, is a central function of the School Psychologist role. The School Psychologist position requires a current WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification, ensuring you are qualified to deliver specialized psychological services in educational settings.
