School Psychologist - Summary
- Full-time role providing direct support and consultation for preschool and elementary students.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct Child Find screenings and comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' unique needs.
- Consult with teachers, school staff, and families to interpret assessment results and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Support the development of students' behavioral, social, and emotional skills through targeted strategies and programs.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed for individual students.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend additional supports or services.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring a safe and supportive school environment.
- Document case notes, assessment findings, and intervention outcomes in accordance with district and state regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of best practices in school psychology and early childhood education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Washington ESA School Psychologist certification is required.
- Experience in early childhood or elementary school settings is highly preferred.
