School Psychologist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student support plans and IEP goals.
- Lead and facilitate parent-teacher conferences and foster ongoing collaboration with families and staff.
- Implement evidence-based social-emotional interventions and behavioral support plans.
- Provide consultation and guidance to educational teams on MTSS and best practices for student support.
- Support the creation of safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for all students.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in School Psychology.
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related field from an accredited program.
- Demonstrated knowledge of psychoeducational assessment tools and intervention strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
