SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect - Summary
As an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT applications that drive human capital and talent management initiatives. You will oversee solution delivery across various modules of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements. This position requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that support organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business solution requirements related to Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Recruitment IT applications.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand daily operational needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and provide ongoing support for IT solutions using SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Collaborate with technology vendors and managed service partners, both on-site and offshore, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated solutions.
- Lead integration and development efforts for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Learning, Performance Management/Goal Management, Recruitment, Compensation, and Employee Central.
- Ensure that all IT solutions adhere to industry best practices and meet both internal and external compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on integration and development across multiple modules.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance Management/Goal Management, Recruitment, Compensation, and Employee Central.
- Proven experience collaborating with technology vendors and managed service partners to deliver multifaceted IT solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
