The SAP IS-U Techno Functional Consultant plays a pivotal role in the implementation and support of SAP IS-U solutions, focusing on Meter and Device Management within the utility sector. As an SAP IS-U Techno Functional Consultant, you will work closely with both business and IT teams to design, configure, test, and support SAP IS-U modules, focusing on Meter and Device Management. The role involves participating in significant CIS implementations, providing expertise in billing, invoicing, and meter management processes, and facilitating automation and data exchange with external platforms such as IEE, Salesforce, and Itron. You will be expected to bring a strong technical and functional understanding of SAP IS-U, with a preference for candidates who have experience in S/4 HANA Cloud environments. SAP IS-U Techno Functional Consultant - Summary- Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP IS-U modules related to Meter and Device Management Field Services.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Participate in large-scale CIS implementations, providing domain expertise in utility billing, invoicing, and meter management.
- Facilitate integration with external systems such as IEE, Salesforce, and Itron to enhance data exchange and process automation.
- Deliver high-quality support and troubleshooting for SAP IS-U related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP IS-U modules, with a focus on Meter and Device Management.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and clarify requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Interface with technical teams to develop solutions that align with overall business objectives.
- Integrate SAP IS-U with external platforms, ensuring data consistency and process automation.
- Participate in project meetings, provide updates, and contribute to project deliverables.
- Support the testing and rollout of new functionalities, including user training and documentation.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP IS-U systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional issues.

- Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-U, especially in Meter and Device Management modules.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP IS-U and related domains.
- Experience with S/4 HANA Cloud and cloud-based SAP implementations preferred.
- Ability to integrate SAP IS-U with external systems such as IEE, Salesforce, and Itron.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record in large CIS environments.
- Experienced SAP IS-U consultant with both technical and functional expertise.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
