SAP IS-U Billing Consultant - Summary- Serve as the primary expert on SAP IS-U Billing, FICA, Meter & Device Management, and Field Services modules.
- Act as a critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, efficient, and scalable billing solutions.
- Facilitate the integration of SAP IS-U with external systems such as IEE, Salesforce, and Itron.
- Lead and support large-scale CIS implementations and related system integrations to ensure data consistency and process optimization.
- Continuously fine-tune and optimize SAP S/4 HANA Cloud functionalities to meet evolving billing and invoicing requirements.
- Provide advanced expertise in SAP IS-U modules, focusing on Billing & Invoicing, Credit & Collections (FICA), and Meter & Device Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into detailed functional designs and technical configurations.
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Engage with external platforms such as Salesforce and IEE for seamless device management and process integration.
- Support and guide large CIS project implementations, ensuring robust system architecture and smooth integrations.
- Participate in the optimization of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud billing and invoicing modules, adapting to new business requirements and regulatory changes.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track progress, report issues, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Minimum of 7-10 years hands-on experience with SAP IS-U modules, particularly in billing, credit & collections, and device management.
- Proven expertise with SAP S/4 HANA, with preference for experience in cloud implementations.

- Demonstrated ability to interface and integrate with external systems such as IEE and Salesforce.
