SAP IBP Architect - Summary
- Lead architect responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions.
- Drive strategic SAP IBP initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical oversight, deliver innovative planning solutions, and support organizational supply chain excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive SAP IBP solutions, including system architecture, design frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead the blueprinting, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP modules, including S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Order-based Planning.
- Provide technical guidance and governance throughout full SAP IBP implementations and major rollouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration, and drive adoption of IBP best practices.
- Champion solution delivery through robust test strategies, detailed cutover planning, and hypercare support post-deployment.
- Oversee project milestones, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years professional SAP experience, with at least 3 years in a hands-on SAP IBP architecture role.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering at least 12 full SAP IBP implementations or major rollouts across multiple planning cycles and environments.
- Expertise in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, and Order-based Planning within the SAP IBP suite.
- Strong leadership in solution architecture, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design decisions, build oversight, testing, and cutover/hypercare processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
