SAP GTS Consultant - Summary- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and SAP S/4HANA integration projects.
- Guide solution architecture, business process reviews, system configuration, and testing activities from project initiation through post-go-live support.
- Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to ensure successful implementation of SAP GTS solutions that optimize global trade and compliance operations.
- Act as the primary advisor on SAP GTS throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Lead and participate in business process reviews and requirements analysis to ensure solutions align with organizational needs and compliance standards.
- Provide expert guidance on translating global trade, customs, and compliance processes into SAP GTS and S/4HANA solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams during system build, configuration, and validation, ensuring successful integration and performance.
- Support execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and other system validation activities, troubleshooting issues as they arise and recommending improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to document and deliver clear, actionable recommendations for process enhancements and system optimization.
- Contribute to post-go-live stabilization efforts and provide ongoing support as needed to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.

- Three to five years of hands-on experience with SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
- Proven experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of global trade, customs, and compliance processes as they relate to SAP solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in and support solution architecture and system design discussions.
- Experience in executing and supporting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities.
- Analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of SAP GTS and S/4HANA functionalities.
- Excellent communicator, able to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
