The SAP FICO Product Owner plays a crucial role in driving the successful implementation and management of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions for organizations focused on digital transformation. SAP FICO Product Owner - Summary- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) solutions
- Serve as a senior functional lead for finance transformation initiatives
- Work in collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users
- Play an integral role in supporting ongoing digital transformation efforts
- Act as the primary SAP FICO functional lead, guiding process improvements across the organization’s landscape
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP FICO solutions, owning the functional design and configuration process
- Collaborate with technical teams to support custom development and implement ongoing enhancements
- Lead SAP FICO process configuration, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Profit Center, Cost Center, and General Ledger (GL)
- Support all phases of testing, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Participate actively in Agile Sprint planning and execution
- Ensure alignment of implemented solutions with business objectives and compliance requirements

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules
- Minimum of 2 years working with SAP S/4HANA
- Expertise in all phases of the SAP lifecycle: design, build, rollout, and support
- Demonstrated ability to configure SAP FICO modules, including AP, AR, GL, Costing, and Profit Centers
- Strong understanding of finance processes and experience with SAP Finance, Controlling, and FSCM modules
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into system solutions
- Experience supporting agile project management and testing methodologies
- Proven success in leading SAP FICO implementation and optimization projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
