- Proven experience supporting billing and invoicing processes within SAP FICA
- Participation in at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield or Brownfield)
- Experience collaborating with system integrators and external vendor partners
- Extensive SAP FICA background, ideally within utilities sector
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
