SAP EWM Consultant - Summary
- Key member of the team responsible for SAP EWM module support and optimization.
- Works closely with business users and technical partners to ensure high system performance.
- Leads and participates in projects aimed at improving warehouse management efficiency.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on SAP EWM and related integrations.
- Provides advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution for production issues.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP EWM applications, addressing and resolving user issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with offshore teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver cohesive SAP solutions.
- Support and optimize integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as S4 HANA, PP, QM, EAM, and TM.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and system reliability.
- Manage incident resolution, troubleshoot production issues, and assist warehouse management teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to drive project success.
- Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience with SAP WM/EWM functional configuration and design.
- At least 5 years’ experience supporting SAP S4 HANA environments.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP EWM processes, including outbound, inbound, and internal warehouse functions.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting production environments and managing technical incidents.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with offshore teams and diverse stakeholders.
