Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect (SFMC Solution Architect) - Summary- Architect, build, and troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to support digital marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership in campaign execution, personalization, and automation.
- Work closely with business, strategy, data engineering, and QA teams to deliver robust marketing solutions.
- Ensure campaigns are scalable, compliant, and resilient to meet evolving business needs.
- Act as a key resource during periods of rapid CRM growth and technological advancement.
- Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architectures and solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to ensure campaign integrity and operational stability.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support ongoing team development and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates, best practices, and industry trends.
