Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Dev) - Summary- Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices and new features.
- Customize and configure Salesforce environments based on business requirements.
- Develop new applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML technologies.
- Conduct unit testing and peer reviews to ensure code quality and robustness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Dev) in an enterprise environment.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications required.
- Experience in core web technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS#, and jQuery.
- Proficiency in software engineering within the Force.com platform (XML, AJAX, Apex, SOQL, SOSL).
- Strong experience with integrations using web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
- Unit testing and peer testing skills for robust code delivery.
- Demonstrates a passion for Salesforce development and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.
