- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience supporting public sector, Health & Human Services, or Child Welfare projects preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in large-scale system modernization initiatives.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
- Strong skills in Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Lightning Platform, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations.
- Proven track record in Salesforce development within the public sector or related fields.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
