The Salesforce Developer plays an essential role in supporting and enhancing Salesforce applications for organizations operating within the public sector, particularly those focused on health and human services solutions. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features, supporting system enhancements, and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within the organization’s statewide portal initiatives. Working as a Salesforce Developer in this environment, you will participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
