- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage development projects from inception to completion.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
- Strong track record of supporting system enhancements and iterative improvements within Salesforce environments.
- Experience operating in fast-paced Agile environments and contributing to state or public-sector projects.
