- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all development work meets organizational standards and project requirements.
- Support existing Salesforce environments through iterative improvements and enhancements.
- Demonstrate accountability for new development work, from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage development projects from inception to completion.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.
- Strong track record of supporting system enhancements and iterative improvements within Salesforce environments.
