The Salesforce Data Engineer plays a critical role in leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud technology to drive unified, actionable customer data strategies for enterprise organizations. As a Salesforce Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines that support scalable, compliant, and high-integrity customer profiles. As a Salesforce Data Engineer, you will design and build robust Data Cloud pipelines, including Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Calculated Insights. Your primary objective will be to create a scalable profile system with high-quality identity resolution and development of "golden records" that unify disparate customer data. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex use cases into efficient data models and actionable insights, supporting event-driven activations across multiple digital platforms. Your expertise will also be key in establishing and maintaining data governance protocols, ensuring that all processes adhere to stringent privacy and compliance regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA.

In this full-time role, you will implement best practices in CI/CD processes, automated data quality checks, monitoring, data lineage, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting for data ingestion and activation. You will partner with analytics teams to enable Lakehouse Federation and Zero-Copy patterns, integrating analytics and machine learning capabilities using tools such as Amazon Redshift and Databricks. Your responsibilities will extend to facilitating collaboration between marketing, product, and CRM teams, enabling the deployment of data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and business growth.
