Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Partner/Community Portals, Service Cloud, and Lightning components
- Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder automations, and custom Reports/Dashboards
- Serve as the key connection between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals
- Support the ongoing growth and operational efficiency of the Event Sales business through effective Salesforce administration
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements to improve user experience and data integrity
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives within Salesforce

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Technical Admin, or Systems Analyst
