- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting multiple Salesforce products.
- Experience working with Salesforce Security Center, Event Monitoring, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Okta for identity and access management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex end-user issues.
- Familiarity with system testing, deployment, and documentation within governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in using Jira or similar support platforms for ticket management and resolution.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with a passion for Salesforce administration.
- Strong communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams.
