Salesforce Administrator - Summary
As a Salesforce Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and secure operation of multiple Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. You will be instrumental in implementing robust security measures and supporting the integration of identity management solutions like Okta. The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize Salesforce solutions, streamline processes, and provide technical support to end-users. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administration and support across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to meet organizational needs.
- Implement and manage Salesforce Security Center and Event Monitoring applications to enhance the security posture of the organization.
- Oversee identity and access management by integrating Salesforce with Okta, ensuring secure authentication and streamlined user provisioning.
- Customize Salesforce by building objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrating with external platforms as necessary.
- Maintain high standards of data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and security reviews.
- Manage user profiles, licenses, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels and compliance with governance policies.
- Support system testing, deployment, and documentation processes in alignment with organizational policies and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, providing ongoing support using tools such as Jira.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, working with multiple Salesforce products.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Security Center, Event Monitoring, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is preferred.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Okta or similar Identity & Access Management solutions.
- Strong ability to support system testing, deployment, and documentation in accordance with governance and compliance policies.
- Effective troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and provide ongoing end-user support.
- Experience with ticketing or project management tools such as Jira.
