By handling sensitive data, managing product samples, and ensuring adherence to industry standards, you will help drive organizational success and deliver outstanding support to the sales team.

This position requires an individual with a minimum of three years of experience in customer service or sales support, specifically within the Pharma, BioTech, or Healthcare sectors. Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, PDMA, cGMP, and other relevant compliance guidelines is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry is also required, as the role involves extensive documentation, reporting, and communication tasks.
