Sales Operations Manager - Summary
- Serve as a key partner to the sales team, optimizing sales workflows and data management.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and key performance metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Manage and improve sales planning, territory assignments, and quota tracking to drive sales effectiveness.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies, onboarding new team members, and maintaining organizational policies.
- Act as a main liaison between sales, finance, HR, IT, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and efficient communication.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support sales team operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data within CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Develop and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards to management and stakeholders.
- Assist with territory management and sales planning initiatives, ensuring equitable distribution of opportunities and clear quota tracking.
- Coordinate daily office operations, including procurement of supplies, oversight of facilities, and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires within the sales and office teams, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the sales team and other internal departments, including finance, HR, IT, and executive leadership.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance sales operations efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to leadership and team members by responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales operations, office management, or a closely related administrative position.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, with experience in data management and analytics.
- Experience with ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite or SAP, to support integrated business operations.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant fields may include Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
