Sales Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales and service team members to achieve set goals and targets.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing consistent feedback and support to improve results.
- Assist in developing and refining sales processes, training materials, and performance standards.
- Support technicians and advisors in customer communication and effective sales techniques.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales and service process.
- Collaborate with management to identify new growth opportunities and optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and lead coaching sessions to support team development.
- Uphold professionalism and company values in all interactions with team members and clients.
