Key Responsibilities- Engage regularly with both new and existing clients through on-site visits and virtual meetings to assess their compressed air system needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in compressed air solutions, offering tailored recommendations to optimize client operations and meet unique requirements.
- Develop detailed technical proposals, including drawings and bills of materials, to support the installation and commissioning of air compressor equipment.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams during system start-ups and provide on-site training to ensure proper equipment use and maintenance.
- Prepare and present competitive pricing quotes, ensuring alignment with client budgets and company standards.
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities, as well as follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or technical service, specifically within the industrial air compressor or rotating equipment market.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage travel throughout the Winchester, VA area, including occasional overnight stays as required.
- Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for this full-time position.
