RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation Developer, RPA Engineer)
As an RPA Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline and enhance IT administrative processes. This position is focused on leveraging industry-leading RPA technologies, including Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Microsoft Azure, to transform complex data sources and optimize document processing workflows. RPA Developers collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement document ingestion and analysis workflows, especially for handling large, multi-page PDFs and varied data packages. This role requires a deep understanding of automation testing, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support related to RPA and document processing frameworks. By continuously evaluating and refining automation processes, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of document intelligence solutions within the organization.

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with RPA development, especially using Blue Prism
- Experience developing both attended and unattended bots that interact with web applications
- Proficiency in integrating RPA with APIs and databases (RESTful web services, SQL DBs)
- Experience developing reports and analytics from structured and unstructured data
- Expertise in Azure infrastructure troubleshooting or Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud Flows) development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
