As a Robotics Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of highly automated systems. Robotics Technician - Summary
- Full-time position focused on supporting automated material handling, robotic systems, AGVs, and ASRS technologies
- Primary responsibility for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing automation equipment
- Collaborative work with engineering, logistics, and production teams to enhance system performance
- Key contributor to operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues concerning AGV systems, robotics, and automated material handling systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and programming concerns
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on AGVs, cobots, and ASRS equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve automation processes and maximize system utilization
- Evaluate AGV pathways and propose recommendations for efficiency enhancements
- Review and interpret CAD layouts, routing paths, and system configurations for optimization
- Analyze electrical and hydraulic schematics to facilitate diagnosis and repair
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and suppliers for troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Track and report KPIs related to AGV utilization, reliability, and process improvement outcomes
- Deliver basic troubleshooting and operational training to team members, supporting knowledge transfer within the organization

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting automated equipment or robotic systems
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics
- Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods as required by operational demands
