Risk Adjustment Coder (CPC, CRC) - Summary
- Serve as a subject matter expert in risk adjustment and HCC coding for a leading healthcare organization in Greensboro, NC.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required; Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) credential is preferred.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in risk adjustment coding, with a proven track record of accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ownership of current ICD-10 coding books is highly preferred.
