The practice offers a partnership track, typically reached within two years, allowing you to secure a long-term, meaningful role in the organization. A shared call rotation (one week every sixth week) comes with a competitive daily stipend, ensuring your contributions are well recognized.

Rheumatologist (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time opportunity with an independent, physician-led rheumatology practice
- Serving an established patient panel in a collaborative clinical environment
- On-site X-ray, DEXA, lab, and clinical research facility
- Partnership track available (typically two years)
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care for adult patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and related conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, MAs, and radiology technicians
- Utilize on-site diagnostic and laboratory services to enhance patient outcomes
- Participate in a shared call rotation (one week every sixth week; $500/day stipend)
- Engage in optional clinical research and community outreach initiatives
- Contribute to a patient-centered, collegial practice culture
- Base salary: $230,000–$250,000 plus quarterly production bonuses
- On-call pay: $3,500 per week (six-week rotation; potential for $28,000 additional annual income)
