Rheumatologist (MD/DO) – Full-time – Reading, PA
We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified or board-eligible Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join a reputable independent rheumatology practice located in Reading, PA. As a Rheumatologist (MD/DO), you will become part of a collaborative team currently consisting of one physician and one nurse practitioner, supported by experienced medical assistants, radiology technicians, and a robust revenue cycle management team. The practice features state-of-the-art on-site resources, including X-ray, DEXA scanning, lab services, and a clinical research facility, all conveniently located under one roof. With an established patient base of approximately 2,500–3,000 patients per provider, you will quickly integrate into a thriving and supportive community of care.

Rheumatologist (MD/DO) – Summary- Full-time Rheumatologist (MD/DO) position in Reading, PA with an independent, established practice
- Opportunity for partnership typically after two years of service
- Join a close-knit, multidisciplinary team providing patient-centered rheumatology care
- Provide high-quality rheumatologic care for patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and related autoimmune conditions
- Manage an established patient panel of 2,500–3,000 individuals per provider
- Conduct 34 weekly patient-facing hours, with 24 administrative hours for charting, coordination, and collaboration
- Utilize on-site facilities, including X-ray, DEXA, lab draws, and a clinical research site
- Participate in a shared call rotation (one week every sixth week) with a stipend for on-call coverage
- Optionally engage in clinical research and community outreach programs
- Collaborate with a physician, nurse practitioner, and dedicated support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Completion of a rheumatology fellowship
- Board certification or board eligibility in Rheumatology
- Eligibility to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license
