Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery, evaluation, and management of learning programs to build organizational skills and competencies
- Manage and deliver onboarding and role-based training for new hires, as well as ongoing professional development for existing employees
- Collaborate with instructional designers, educators, subject matter experts, and leadership to design impactful training solutions
- Monitor implementation of training programs using key metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Develop both formal and informal learning solutions utilizing a variety of instructional methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended approaches
- Facilitate engaging training sessions—both virtually and in person—to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and revenue operations

- Demonstrated experience applying adult learning theory and methodologies in training design and delivery
- Proven track record as an effective facilitator or trainer, with strong communication and presentation skills
