TRC Talent Solutions, in collaboration with JTS Health Partners, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) to provide critical leadership and operational oversight for healthcare revenue cycle management initiatives. This position is a key opportunity for an accomplished professional to contribute to the success of client services within acute ambulatory and physician sectors. As a Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM), you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing revenue cycle strategies as outlined by senior management. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving performance in healthcare accounts receivable (AR) processes, overseeing denials management, and leading third-party payer communications and collections. The successful candidate will be adept in the nuances of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and organizational accounts, leveraging proprietary analytics and technologies to maximize efficiency, minimize bad debt, and enhance cash flow.
The Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) is responsible for not only implementing process improvements but also for managing and developing team members across multiple client projects. This position requires strong knowledge of Method 2 Billing, acute and critical access settings, and a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare reimbursement landscape. Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) - Summary
- Lead operational initiatives and provide strategic direction for revenue cycle management.
- Deliver high-quality results for clients in acute, ambulatory, and physician practice settings.
- Utilize robust knowledge of healthcare AR, payer requirements, and RCM best practices.
- Contribute to organizational growth and client satisfaction through innovation and analytics.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute revenue cycle management strategies as guided by senior leadership.
- Develop and implement internal process improvement plans to drive efficiency and quality.
- Directly and indirectly supervise team members, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and, if necessary, disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate across departments to align organizational goals and share best practices.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics to ensure achievement of client objectives.
- Provide daily operational feedback, guidance, and support to staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes for physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and clinics.
- Manage and coordinate multiple, concurrent client projects with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Leverage and enhance management tools and proprietary technologies for optimal performance.
- Communicate formally with team members and clients, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
- Serve as a liaison with client vendors for contract oversight, issue resolution, and monitoring of performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in revenue cycle management accounts receivable, specifically in acute and critical access environments or vendor settings managing Extended Business Office projects.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a people management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Community Works.
- Experience in clinic and rural health clinic (RHC) environments, as well as acute, physician, and critical access settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and other reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; equivalent experience may be considered if other qualifications are met.
Ideal Candidate Snapshot
- HFMA Advanced Certified Patient Accounts Representative (ACPAR) certification preferred.
- Experience with Experian products (such as Contract Manager, Eligibility, Patient Access) is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive continuous improvement.
