In this Retail Space Planner role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage merchandise planograms based on a variety of critical parameters, including store clustering, product assortments, store layouts, and productivity targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all space requirements align with broader company strategies, supporting the seamless execution of planograms across multiple retail locations. Utilizing industry-leading software such as JDA/Blue Yonder, you will create and manage planograms that are not only visually appealing but also efficient and practical for store teams to implement. Your expertise in managing master data within the planogram system will be crucial in ensuring accurate SKU-to-site replenishment coding, shelf labeling, fixture requirements, and product details such as dimensions and images.
As a Retail Space Planner, you will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of companywide master data, supporting accurate product placement, and facilitating efficient inventory management. Your tasks will include drawing and coding planograms, pulling and analyzing data to inform merchandising decisions, and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate for successful store execution. You will work in close partnership with merchandising, inventory, and operations teams to deliver results that enhance both the customer experience and store performance.

Retail Space Planner - Summary- Develop and manage retail merchandise planograms using JDA/Blue Yonder software.
- Maintain and update master data for product placement, fixture requirements, and shelf labeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company strategies and optimize store layouts.
- Analyze data to inform merchandising decisions and improve store performance.
- Create efficient and effective planograms based on product assortments, store clustering, and layout requirements.

- Manage SKU-to-site level replenishment coding and ensure accurate shelf strip and label printing for each store.
- Draw, code, and update planograms to reflect current inventory and merchandising strategies.
- Pull and analyze data to support companywide merchandising initiatives.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail space planning.
- Demonstrated proficiency with JDA/Blue Yonder software.
- Experience in drawing and coding planograms.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to pull and interpret relevant merchandising data.
