Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble various large-item retail products following manufacturer instructions.
- Ensure all products are safely, accurately, and efficiently put together within the assigned timeframe.
- Check-in at job sites on time and maintain high standards of punctuality and reliability.
- Utilize personal tools, including cordless impact drivers, deep metric sockets, hex bit sets, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters, and rubber mallets.
- Capture photos and scan items using a smartphone for invoicing and confirmation.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and store staff regarding project status and completion.
- Self-schedule work hours and manage daily assignments through the company app.
- Comply with all safety protocols and store policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly and handling large-item assembly.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for job documentation and app use.
- Ownership of required tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and quality workmanship.
