Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of restoration projects, from initial assessment and scope development through to final completion and client handoff.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain direct communication with insurance adjusters and property owners to facilitate seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control procedures, safety compliance requirements, and detailed project documentation across multiple ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular weekly safety meetings and participate in mandatory team meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues proactively.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Act as the primary client liaison, building trust with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives throughout the restoration process.
- Demonstrate leadership by independently driving project execution without the need for constant supervision, setting a standard for excellence in restoration management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing residential restoration projects with budgets ranging from $100,000 to $800,000.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fire, water, and disaster restoration processes and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to cultivate and manage strong subcontractor relationships within single-family and multi-family restoration projects.
- Thorough understanding of insurance claims processes, including adjuster expectations and documentation requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the capability to oversee projects independently and ensure all milestones are achieved.
- Client-focused approach, with excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and maintaining professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a track record of managing schedules, budgets, and quality control measures with accuracy and precision.
- Ability to remain calm and solve problems effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments common to restoration projects.
