Restoration Project Coordinator - Summary
- Manage water mitigation and restoration projects from initial customer contact to completion
- Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communication among all involved parties
- Serve as the main liaison between customers, technicians, insurance representatives, and office staff
- Ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer service throughout each project
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of water mitigation and restoration projects, including scheduling technicians, subcontractors, and inspections
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring efficient work progression and adherence to deadlines
- Oversee equipment delivery, pickup, and accurate tracking for each project
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing updates on schedules, project status, and next steps
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Collect and organize project documentation, photos, and job records to support insurance claims and company requirements
- Facilitate clear communication between customers, technicians, insurance representatives, and office staff
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all project documentation and records
- Support field teams by providing essential job details, schedules, and customer information
- Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed based on real-time progress updates
- Assist with problem-solving and project coordination to overcome any obstacles
- Create, update, and maintain work orders and project records, tracking milestones and ensuring thorough documentation
- Coordinate follow-up services and manage project closeout activities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining customer records
- Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance the overall customer experience
- Provide feedback to management on workflow improvements and strategies for increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in restoration, mitigation, project coordination, dispatching, or construction administration preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Proficiency with computers and data entry
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus, but not required
