IDR is seeking a Restoration Project Coordinator to support one of our top clients in Memphis, Tennessee. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for professionals with a solid background in restoration project management to lead and coordinate restoration efforts. The Restoration Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of projects involving fire, water, mold, and mitigation, working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage restoration projects, including those related to fire, water, mold, and mitigation, ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate and lead project teams of five or more members, fostering teamwork and effective communication to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, restoration, and construction industry regulations and guidelines, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting as required.
- Respond to on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis, typically working a schedule of seven days on followed by seven days off, with standard hours from 7 AM to 5 PM during on-call periods.
- Travel within a two-hour radius of Memphis, Tennessee, utilizing a company-provided vehicle to oversee project sites and ensure quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in restoration project management, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance, restoration, and construction industry practices and standards.
- Proven experience in managing project teams of at least five members, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record, required to fulfill travel responsibilities within the designated region.

- IICRC Certification (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification)
- ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician)
- WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician)
- OCT (Odor Control Technician)
