Duties & Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys a positive, memorable dining experience. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily restaurant operations such as opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the venue.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel. Promote teamwork and a constructive workplace culture.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to service standards. Provide coaching and feedback as necessary to maximize team performance.
- Inventory & Ordering: Work with the General Manager to monitor inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and order supplies as needed. Ensure correct storage and rotation of food and beverage items.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, plate presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections for health, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Support initiatives to increase sales, including upselling menu items and promoting special offerings.
- Cash Handling & Financial Management: Assist with cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and deposit preparation. Monitor expenses to help meet financial targets.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain all necessary documentation and records.
