- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS transactions, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu consistency and food quality
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
