Restaurant Manager FOH - Summary
- Lead and manage all front-of-house functions in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with back-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service flow
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Maintain and enforce brand standards, service procedures, and food safety protocols
- Effectively manage staffing levels and labor costs to meet business and budgetary goals
- Resolve guest feedback and concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement
- Support administrative tasks, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and teamwork among all front-of-house personnel
- Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure seamless service and optimal guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of front-of-house management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving service excellence and team engagement
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost control
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- ServSafe and/or local food handler certifications preferred
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
