Restaurant Manager - Summary- Lead FOH operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff
- Foster a positive, results-driven team environment
- Collaborate closely with BOH leadership for seamless service delivery
- Manage and direct all aspects of FOH daily operations
- Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards, service procedures, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with BOH management to optimize guest satisfaction and service flow
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet business demands while achieving budgetary targets
- Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences
- Support with administrative duties, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

- Minimum 3 years of FOH management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven track record of driving exceptional service and team engagement
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost control strategies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe and/or local food handler certifications preferred
- Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
