Duties & Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Operational Support: Assist in overseeing restaurant operations, including opening and closing routines, staff scheduling, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work culture, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee staff performance, coordinate daily activities, and ensure adherence to quality and service standards. Offer guidance and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- Inventory and Ordering: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely orders. Ensure proper storage and rotation of food and beverage products.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and established protocols.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Support sales initiatives and encourage upselling of menu items to maximize revenue.
- Cash Handling and Financial Management: Participate in cash handling, sales reconciliation, and preparation of daily deposits. Monitor and help control expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant setting.
