Restaurant Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and hospitality
- Monitor and maintain inventory, supplies, and cost controls
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff members
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales
- Foster ongoing professional development among team members
- Report on key performance indicators and provide feedback to senior leadership

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management
- Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus
