Restaurant Manager - Summary
The Restaurant Manager is accountable for supporting all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations. Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, employee scheduling, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
- Supervise, motivate, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high performance.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff, ensuring adherence to the restaurant’s standards and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular inventory counts, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service consistently meet or exceed established standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with cash handling, reconciling sales, preparing daily deposits, and controlling expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Support sales initiatives and actively promote upselling of menu items.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with legal and company requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, casual dining environment
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal communication
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proven leadership qualities with experience motivating and guiding teams
- Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software
